Refund Policy

Last updated 8 September 2026

What this covers

This policy explains when LaunchDeploy refunds a subscription payment and how to ask for one. LaunchDeploy sells one monthly plan billed through Creem, our payment provider and merchant of record. Because it is a digital service delivered immediately, there is nothing to return; a refund reverses the charge.

15-day refund window

You can request a full refund at any time within 15 days of a payment, as long as no project in the workspace has completed a successful launch. After 15 days, that payment is not refunded except for the billing errors and statutory rights described below.

Successful launches

If any project in the workspace has completed a successful launch, we will not refund the payment. A launch that finished with warnings still counts as successful. A failed or cancelled launch does not. The value of the service is the completed setup, so a successful launch closes the refund window even if 15 days have not passed.

Renewals

The same 15-day rule applies to a renewal payment: refundable only if no project has completed a successful launch. After 15 days, unused time is not refunded. To avoid a renewal, cancel before the current period ends from the Billing page. The plan stays active until the end of the paid period and nothing you have already set up is removed.

Duplicate or mistaken charges

If you were charged twice for the same period, charged after a completed cancellation, or charged an amount that does not match the price shown on this site, tell us and we will refund the difference or the duplicate charge in full, regardless of how much time has passed.

Service failures

If a fault on our side prevented you from using LaunchDeploy for most of a billing period, ask us and we will refund or credit that period. Provider outages, DNS propagation delays, or changes at a third-party provider are outside our control and are not covered, but we will look at each case.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address on your account, or use the contact form, and include the workspace name and the payment date. We reply within two business days. Approved refunds are issued by Creem to the original payment method and normally appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

What happens after a refund

A refunded subscription is canceled and paid features stop when the refund is issued. Deployments, repositories, domains, DNS records, and email configuration already applied to your providers stay in place, because they live in your provider accounts, not on LaunchDeploy.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We resolve refund requests quickly and a chargeback takes longer for everyone. A workspace with an open chargeback may be suspended until the dispute is resolved.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under consumer protection law where you live, including any right to withdraw from a purchase of digital services. Where the law gives you more than this policy does, the law applies.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date on this page. The policy in force on the date of a payment applies to that payment.
